PROJECT MANAGER |

Responsibilities: |
| • |
To oversee and manage the development projects including project management, contract administration, construction site management, liaison with authorities, consultants and project team. |

To manage and support all aspects and stages of projects including; pre-design, design, construction, client communication, liaising with contractors, tendering, contract administration, coordination of relocations and completion. |
| • |
To plan, implement and monitor the projects to ensure compliance within budget, safety and requirements. |

Requirements: |

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/Material Science) or its equivalent. |

Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management or project lead roles. |

An in-depth knowledge in engineering principles, design concepts and applications. |

Experience of leading /managing multiple projects simultaneously across businesses. |
| • |
Must be a team-player to be successful in this role. |
| • |
Demonstrated strong leadership, initiative, planning and organization, people management and communication skills. |

Proven experience in report writing and making presentations. |

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. |
